Clean Environment

We all roll better when the space is fresh—so we clean our mats after ever training session, keep toenails and fingernails trimmed, and always wear a clean gi or rash guard. Good hygiene isn’t just courtesy—it prevents infections, protects your training partners, and keeps the dojo a place where everyone feels comfortable stepping on the mat.
